Carbs. Choose the right carbs for sustainable energy throughout the day. Potatoes, beans, vegetables. Basically looking for fibrous carbs as opposed to flat out sugars which causes spikes and crashes.

Remember, when dealing with carbs its very easy to eat too much and then what the body does not metabolize becomes fat stores.

Hey I’m just like you honey…. Only i’m a full-time student and full time worker. I dont like energy drinks or too many carbs either because i know the effects over time will just make you gain weight from all the sugar. Anyway, I buy all natural at a great company with many tasty products but if you’re looking for a boost… I’d say

    or

It takes really good!!! You mix it with any drink!!!! I pretty much like all of them though. Im on a promotion deal where i get what i want shipped to my house for a flat rate. Anyway, hope i could help. Feel free to email me with any questions!

B vitamins are your friend haha.

b-12, b-6 basically all b vitamins are good for converting food into energy.

you should be taking a multi-vitamin, like women’s one-a-day, and or a b complex vitamin. along with drinking plenty of water, almost a gallon per day, eating healthy, and getting at least 7 hrs of sleep a night (i could imagine that part might be hard with a baby)

    - vitamins
    - water
    - sleep
    - eat right

Oh honey, yes I guess you are tired. Try loading up on B and C vitamins - take at least a B-100 vitamin daily, and at least 2,000 mgs. of Ester-C a day. If you are using caffeine, wean yourself off it slowly and replace it with teas, especially green tea if you like it, ice water with lemon or lime. Make sure you are eating quality food, avoid sugary, fatty foods that make you tired. Eat every few hours to keep your blood sugar stable.

You must make sure that you do not drink beverages that have over 18 grams of sugar/sodium eat natural health foods with Natural sugars/ you should also try to make sure that your body is getting the protein that it needs. should eat grains such as farina…ex..
also you may have a lot of stress that gives you a drained feeling you should really try religious beliefs, meditation, or at home yoga, also a nice hot bubble bath at night before you go to bed should make you feel refreshed and energized in the morning
