Much complaint solar hot water systems to increase the value of your home but do not provide real information. Who would like this or could it apply to the value of the house? If you raise this increase is devalued?

Yes of course it increases the value the real question is does it increase the value as much as it costs to install it. A smart Realtor might be your answer.

No it does not. the heating system requirement and the trust on the solar heating system only can make the value go up if not you cant expect that.
The very fact solar hot water system is not used by all says that people are apprehensive about this. so value maynot increase. still its saving on your cost of power so please make use of that.
